Bermuda’s small population limits its ability to provide adequate workers in specific areas of public services. For this reason, Bermuda relies heavily on migrant workers and is considered a country of destination.

The Bermuda Public Services Union (BPSU) in conjunction with PSI has developed a Pre-decision and Information Kit that will be invaluable to you when making the decision to accept or not to accept employment in Bermuda.
