Survey on disability inclusion (PSI affiliates only)

18 February, 2016
Source:
PSI
Working together with the International Labour Organization, PSI is looking to gather information on actions taken by its affiliated members to support persons with disabilities. This survey is designed to identify member organizations that are active on this issue and to get further insight into the roles that unions can play on disability inclusion.

Persons with disabilities make up 15% of the world’s population. Disability is a normal part of the life-course for everyone. Disability may be from birth, injuries, health-conditions (including mental health), age-related conditions or the result of working conditions. The impact that these impairments have on someone’s work and life depend not just on the impairment but also on the attitudes and environment.

Please download and fill in the survey (Word) and return to equality@world-psi.org by 7 March 2016.
