Public Services International’s “Programme of Action 2013-2017” was submitted by the PSI Executive Board as Resolution N°1 to PSI’s 29th World Congress, held in Durban, South Africa, on 27-30 November 2012, where it was adopted.

The “Programme of Action 2013-2017” is available in English, French, Spanish, German, Swedish, Japanese and Russian.

Note: The Proceedings of PSI Congress 2012 appear in three volumes: Volume 1 contains Resolution No. 1, Volume 2 contains Resolution No. 2 and Volume 3 contains Resolutions No. 3 to 49
