The 6th biennial International Conference on Violence in the Health Sector takes place in Toronto, Canada on 24-26 October 2018, with the theme “Advancing the Delivery of Positive Practice”. The Conference series was inspired by the publication of the Framework Guidelines for Addressing Workplace Violence in The Health Sector jointly published in 2002 by the Public Services International (PSI), International Council of Nurses (ICN), World Health Organization (WHO) and the International Labour Organisation (ILO).
