The Initiative on Child Rights in the Global Compacts, which PSI is part of, is organising the Global Conference on Children on the Move taking place in Berlin, Germany, on 12-13 June. During this conference, participants will assess progress and develop strategies around implementing commitments to children on the move.

PSI will be attending the upcoming World OutGames Human Rights Conference, a global gathering of internationally respected human rights activists, researchers, legal scholars and organizations, to be held in Miami, USA, 26-28 May 2017.

A PSI delegation, part of the major group of workers and trade unions working in coordination with the Civil Society group for Financing for Development, will be attending the ECOSOC Forum on Financing for Development follow-up (FfD). PSI has a range of interests in the financing for development arena, including tax, trade, anti-privatisation, climate change and sustainable development.

PSI will be participating in this ILO conference on "Decent Work for Persons with Disabilities". The conference aims to disseminate research and raise awareness on inclusion of persons with disabilities and the relation between this and decent work. The conference will be looking to identify ways forward for both trade unions and the ILO itself.

PSI General Secretary, Rosa Pavanelli, will be speaking at the Interco CFDT Congress on 29 June.

The 61st session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (UNCSW61) will take place at the UN Headquarters, in New York, from 13th to 24th March 2017.

The 106th session of the International Labour Conference (ILC) will take place in Geneva, Switzerland, from 5 to 16 June 2017. It will be held at the UN Palais des Nations and ILO headquarters.
