PSI joins EPSU in the action to mark the one-year anniversary of the LuxLeaks revelations, when Antoine Deltour, whistleblower and former PriceWaterhouseCoopers employee, exposed multinational corporations who use Luxemburg as a tax haven. Please join us on 4 November in Brussels for a demonstration organised by the Global Alliance for Tax Justice.
Through this action, we aim to show support for Antoine Deltour, who is currently facing criminal charges in Luxemburg after he worked with the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists on the LuxLeaks revelations.
The demonstration organised by the Global Alliance for Tax Justice, of which PSI is a member, will be held outside the Permanent Representation of Luxembourg to the EU in Brussels on 4 November, coordinated with other actions around Europe.
At 12 noon, demonstrators will blow whistles to show support for Deltour and also to show our support for public country-by-country reporting on tax for large multinational companies (see joint EPSU - War on Want Statement to EU Finance Ministers). EPSU will be providing whistles, signs and photos of Deltour.
