PSI has made a block booking for a certain number of rooms at the following hotels from 8 to 12 October 2016.
Hotel MyStays Fukuoka Tenjin, Hakata Floral Inn Nakasu Hotel, Hotel Fukuoka Garden Palace and Valie Hotel Tenjin.
Non-sponsored participants: Please contact your sub regional secretary in your respective sub region if you wish PSI to make your hotel booking to the above mentioned hotels which are block booked by PSI
Deadline for reservation for Hotel MyStays Fukuoka Tenjin: 5 September 2016
Deadline for reservation for Hakata Floral Inn Nakasu Hotel, Hotel Fukuoka Garden Palace & Valie Hotel Tenjin: 15 September 2016
After which any remaining rooms will be released
Sponsored participants: PSI will make a hotel booking for you per sub region. Confirmation of the meeting participation and hotel reservation will be sent to you close to the meeting date.
PSI designated hotels are: Hakata Excel Hotel Tokyu, IP City Hotel Fukuoka, Hotel Fukuoka Garden Palace and Valie Hotel Tenjin.
